Appliancity.com is pleased to offer you
the best protection for your major appliance. Our extended
warranties on new appliances offer 100% coverage on all parts
and labour. The program is fully underwritten for your maximum
protection. In addition, if we can't repair your appliance,
we will replace it free of charge.

In consideration of the fee paid by the
customer, Appliancity.com agrees to repair the covered appliance,
including replacing defective parts, on the condition that
the appliance breaks down under normal operating conditions.
The service contract takes effect upon
the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty on the covered
appliance.
The repair service provided under the contract
will be available during normal business hours, according
to the availability of our technicians. This service applies
only to appliances used for household purposes.
Appliancity.com is not responsible for delays
in making repairs covered by an extended warranty contract,
which are beyond its control.
If during the terms of the contract, the
parts needed to repair the appliance are no longer available,
or if the cost of repairing the appliance is in our opinion
disproportionate with its value, then Appliancity.com reserves
the right to offer the customer the choice of receiving free
of charge a current production appliance that is comparable
in quality to the defective unit, or of being reimbursed the
total price of the service contract. The exercising of this
choice will release Appliancity.com of all its obligations
under the service contract.
If the customer requests our repair service
under contract and, after examining the appliance, the necessary
repairs are excluded by the terms of the contract, then the
customer will be responsible for our technicians costs at
the rate in effect.
The extended warranty contracts specifically
exclude the following:

| 1. Repairs required to causes
external to the appliance |

| 2. Repairs required due to the
improper or abusive use of the appliance |
 |
3. Cleaning or regular preventative
maintenance of the appliance
(i.e.
cleaning condensor coils) |
 |
4. Repairs required to the deterioration
of the appliance appearance
(i.e.
yellowing and rust) |
 |
| 5. Replacement of light bulbs
fuses and filters |
 |
Appliancity.com reserves the right to subcontract
the repair services it is committed to provide.
The customer, by purchasing the service
contract agrees to allow Appliancity.com to provide the customer's
name and address to third parties wishing to offer to renew
or extend the service contract.
If the customer is offered an extension
or renewal of the service contract, the annual fee will take
into account the age of the covered appliance and the costs
of repair services at the time of renewal. If the contract
covers more than one appliance, the preceding terms and conditions
shall apply to any changes required by the context.
